3. International Trading Terms

Our import and export services are governed by standard international trade practices, including Incoterms 2020. Key terms include:

• FOB (Free on Board): Seller delivers goods to the port of shipment, buyer assumes risk thereafter.
• CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight): Seller covers cost, insurance, and freight to the destination port.
• EXW (Ex Works): Buyer takes full responsibility for goods from the seller's premises.
• All shipments are subject to customs clearance and applicable duties/taxes.

4. Payment Policies

We accept payments in PKR and major international currencies. Payment terms are negotiated on a case-by-case basis and typically include:

• Letter of Credit (LC): Preferred for large international transactions.
• Bank Transfer: Direct wire transfers for confirmed orders.
• Advance Payment: Partial or full payment before shipment for new clients.
• All payments are subject to bank processing fees and exchange rate fluctuations.

5. Shipping Policies

We partner with leading freight forwarders to ensure timely and secure delivery. Shipping terms include:

• Estimated shipping times are provided for guidance and are not guaranteed.
• Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier (FOB) or at destination (CIF).
• We provide tracking numbers for all shipments and assist with customs documentation.
• Any delays caused by customs, weather, or other force majeure events are beyond our control.

6. Refund Policies

Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent:

• Quality Issues: If products do not meet agreed specifications, we will work to resolve the issue, including replacement or refund at our discretion.
• Shipping Damages: Claims for damaged goods must be filed within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence.
• Cancellation: Orders may be cancelled before shipment, subject to a cancellation fee to cover processing costs.
• Refunds are processed within 14 business days after approval.

7. Limitation of Liability

AL HOOR GLOBAL TRADING shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the value of the goods or services provided in the specific transaction.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Karachi, Pakistan.
